There are literally hundreds of documents related to USAF Maj. Arthur John Greenwood’s years of illegal moonlighting for Interim Medical Center – d.b.a. Carolina Locum Resources and or CLR, all of which was strictly forbidden by contracts USAF Maj. Greenwood signed with the United States Air Force, the Texas Tech OBGYN Residency Program and the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center OBGYN Residency Program and even Physicians Solutions which is a medical staffing company owned by Philip Driver who is purportedly the father of Courtney Shade .
